The new Mrs. is back
I am married! It feels so great to finally be done with all the planning and preparing. The day was beautiful and everything was perfect. For our honeymoon we went to LA, Santa Monica and Santa Barbara. I don’t tan and get restless on beaches for more than a day, so it was the perfect honeymoon for us. We got to stay at Maison 140 and the Viceroy, see Chapman Radcliff and Woodson and Rummerfield's, and walk around Beverly Hills admiring all the homes. I will be sharing photos from all those places over the next few days, so be prepared.
The other great part is now that I am not planning the wedding I have more time to spend on decorating and renovating the house. Also I have a lot of blog reading to catch up on.

I have an addiction
Anytime I see Chippendale furniture, I immediately want it. It is better when I see it in magazines, because if it is at an auction, antique store or consignment shop I buy it. I have 14 Chippendale dinning room chairs (three different sets) in a 1700 square foot house. My Chippendale addiction hit again with this red lacquered daybed from Lulu DK. I have been looking for a new couch, I wonder if this could work?

Expanding the Etsy Wall
I have added to the Etsy wall today. The best item is a fifi lapin wears Chanel. I am so excited to have a fifi lapin. I also purchased this bird and tree print. Nick is a landscape architect, so the tree is a nod to his profession. The other is a note card that I tried to purchase before, but someone beat me to it. I am excited for everything to get here so I can complete the Etsy wall (for now).

Which do you prefer?
Option 1
Option 2
I still need to get more Etsy art and have mats created for one I already have, but I thought I could start on the wall display with the frames. I attempted a few different layouts on the floor and came up with two. It turns out they are the mirror image of each other. I think I like the version with the large square frame on the bottom (option 2); it makes composition less top heavy. What do you think?
Option 2 with the real frames
